We will soon establish offline communities in cities across Indonesia. At the same time, we are looking for more ways to grow ever closer with our readers: the 4 million and counting Indonesian young people.
To achieve these aims, we are seeking for humble young talents ready to grow under the quickly changing digital media world — especially for the following positions:
1. SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (JAKARTA)
- You will be in charge of managing customer account, prospecting and qualifying prospects, pre-approach planning, approach, sales presentations, handling objections, closing the sale and the follow-ups.
Key Roles And Responsibilities:
- Finding and developing new corporate accounts for Hipwee.com
- Consulting and finding new opportunities with existing accounts
- Coordinating between content team and accounts in order to develop high quality campaigns for the advertisers
- Reporting to the commissioner
- University degree in business or communication from a top Indonesian university or overseas
- Excellent communicator — enjoys meeting new people and is good at building relationships both witin the company and with clients
- Disciplined and hardworking — the job requires a lot of calling, emaling, and meetings
- Able to actively communicate in English
- Working experience in media or advertising company is an advantage
- Min. 3 years of experience
2. GRAPHIC DESIGNER (JOGJAKARTA)
- You will be responsible to create and pitch designs for shirts, bags, stationeries, and other merchandises produced under the Hipwee brand. You will also be tasked to produce infographics for our articles and promotional posters for our community events.
- Although you may work outside our office, this is a full time position and you should receive stable income each month.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated talent in using Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Proper understanding of the visuals of our brand
- Ability to catch new trends in the market, and creativity to implement them in a manner that enthralls our audience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
